Our story
Built for the invoice, not the brochure
Elite Auto Warranty started when repair bills began outrunning the conversations people were having at enrollment. Drivers were shown a monthly figure and a friendly name for a plan. They were not shown the compressor, the module, or the labor operation that would decide a claim two years later.
We write vehicle service contracts around named components. A quote from this desk includes the schedule of parts, the deductible, the waiting period, the mileage cap, and the exclusions that usually cause a surprise. If a failure is outside that schedule, we say so before you pay, not after the shop has already ordered the part.
- Sample contract language shared during the quote
- Inspection notes kept with the enrollment file
- Claim decisions documented back to the shop and to you
- Renewals restated, not quietly rolled forward
Awards & recognition
A record made of finished files
These are internal measures from consults and claim reviews. They are not trophies, and they are not a promise that every future repair will be covered.
The people
We keep the same names on your file
Advisors who quote the plan can still see it when a claim opens. That continuity is the whole point of a small coverage desk.

Why choose us
Why drivers stay through renewal
- Exclusions are read out loud during the quote, then sent in writing
- A higher deductible is offered as a real choice, with the new figure beside it
- Shops receive the authorization notes, not a vague approval
- You can ask for the claim file and receive the same documents we hold
How the desk works
The operational process at Elite
Every enrollment moves through the same four checks. None of them is a rubber stamp, and a vehicle can be declined if the inspection shows a fault we would immediately be asked to pay.

How a plan comes together
How Auto Warranty Works
- 01
Tell us the vehicle
Year, make, model, mileage, and how the car is used. No guessing from a license plate photo.
- 02
Match the schedule
We line the likely expensive failures up with powertrain, comprehensive, or high-tech wording.
- 03
Inspect and enroll
If the plan requires a look at the vehicle, that happens before the start date, not during a claim.
- 04
Claim in writing
A symptom, a diagnosis, and an authorization. The shop and you see the same decision.
