This policy explains how Elite Auto Warranty (“Elite”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use elitemobileautodetail.com, email us, ask for a vehicle service contract, or open a claim. It is written in plain language on purpose. It is still the policy we follow.
We collect less than a typical connected product, because this site is a reading and request site. We do not ask you to create a password account to read plans. We do need enough detail to price a vehicle and, later, to decide a claim.

1. Who we are
Elite Auto Warranty administers requests and, when a contract is issued, vehicle service contracts for named components. For privacy questions the contact point is hello@elitemobileautodetail.com. Use the subject line “Privacy” so the message is routed to the right review. We do not publish a telephone number or a street address on this site. If your contract names a formal notice method, use that method for notices the contract requires.
If you email us, you are the sender and your email provider also processes that message under its own terms. This policy covers what Elite does after we receive it.
2. Information you give us
Depending on the form or the email, you may give us:
- Identity and contact details: name and email address. We do not ask for a phone number on this website.
- Quote details: model year, make and model, mileage, how the vehicle is used, plan interest, preferred reply day, and the message you write.
- Subscription details: which topics you select, and the fact that you asked to join or leave the list.
- Claim and enrollment details, once a file exists: contract number, inspection notes, maintenance records you send, shop estimates, photographs of parts, fault codes, and correspondence.
- Payment references, if you enroll: confirmation that a contribution was made. Do not put full payment card numbers in a website form or in an ordinary email. Enrollment instructions will tell you the proper payment path.
Please do not send information about other people unless you are allowed to, and do not send special categories of information such as health data. A warranty file does not need them.
Forms on this marketing site validate entries in your browser so incomplete requests are caught before you rely on them. When you also email us, or when a file is opened on our desk, we use the contents as described in this policy.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host may record technical logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time, and a status code. We use those logs to keep the site available, to understand which pages are read, and to investigate abuse. We do not use them to build a marketing profile of your driving.
We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site. If that changes, this policy will change first, and any non-essential cookie will wait for a choice where the law requires one.
4. Vehicle and claim information
Vehicle details are personal information when they can be tied to you. A mileage figure plus your email is enough to identify a request. We treat the quote file and the claim file with the same care.
Shops send us diagnostic results so we can match a failure to a schedule. Those results can include the vehicle identification details the shop already has. We use them to decide coverage, to prevent duplicate billing, and to audit whether a partner is documenting failures properly. We do not publish claim stories with your full name. Examples on the projects page are written so a reader cannot identify the member.
If you are not the keeper of the vehicle, tell us who is. We may need confirmation before we discuss a contract or a claim.
5. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- answer a coverage question or prepare a written illustration;
- decide whether a vehicle can be enrolled, including inspection and eligibility checks;
- issue, administer, renew, change, or cancel a contract;
- take, investigate, pay, or deny a claim, and explain the reason;
- work with a repair facility on an authorization;
- send the email topics you subscribed to, and stop them when you unsubscribe;
- send contract notices that the agreement requires even if you leave the newsletter;
- keep records we are obliged to keep, detect fraud or misrepresentation, and protect the pool of contracts from claims that the wording does not cover;
- improve our schedules and our explanations, using aggregated lessons rather than publishing your file;
- comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your claim photos to train a public model. We do not make automated coverage decisions that lack a person on the file. A checklist may sort documents. A person still matches the failure to the schedule.
6. Legal grounds
Where a privacy law requires a ground, we rely on the ones that fit the activity:
- Steps you ask for before a contract, and performance of a contract if one is issued. Quoting, enrolling, and handling claims sit here.
- Legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights: securing the site, keeping accurate files, preventing fraudulent claims, and understanding which explanations are useful. You can object to uses based on legitimate interest where the law gives you that right.
- Consent, for optional coverage notes and promotional email. You can withdraw consent by the unsubscribe page or by email. Withdrawal does not make earlier sending unlawful.
- Legal obligations, where a rule requires us to keep or disclose a record.
If a law where you live gives you a specific right, we honor that right even if this policy uses more general words. Mandatory protections are not waived by this page.
7. Marketing email
Optional email includes plan explainers, claim-timing notes, and renewal reminders you opted into. Each such message should identify Elite and offer a way to stop. The subscribe page records the topics you pick. The unsubscribe page, linked from the footer, is how you leave those topics.
Stopping marketing email does not stop messages about a contract you hold: decisions, renewal offers you still need to accept or refuse, lapse notices, and changes to your schedule. Those are part of the agreement. If you want those to stop as well, you are asking to cancel or not renew, which follows the contract, not only this policy.
We do not buy email lists. If you received a message and did not subscribe, use the reason “I did not sign up” on the unsubscribe page and email us so we can check.
8. Who we share with
We share information with people who need it for the purposes above:
- Repair facilities working on a quoted or claimed repair, limited to what they need to diagnose and to bill the authorized scope.
- Inspection providers, if a look at the vehicle is required before inception or during a claim.
- Service providers who host email or store files for us, bound to use the information only on our instructions.
- Professional advisers (for example auditors) under a duty of confidence.
- A purchaser of the book of contracts, if the administration of plans moves, in which case they would be bound to use the files for the same administration.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires, or when it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not share your file with unrelated marketers. A shop does not receive your subscription preferences. A newsletter tool does not receive your teardown photos.
If you arrive from another site, that site has its own policy. Links in our pages, including share links to social networks, are optional. Those networks receive the fact that you chose to share, under their rules, not under ours.
9. Retention
We keep information only as long as we need the purposes in this policy.
- Unsuccessful quote requests: long enough to answer you and to record why a vehicle was declined, typically up to twenty-four months, unless a dispute is open.
- Subscription records: until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Contract and claim files: for the life of the contract and for a period afterward that lets us handle late disputes, audits, and any limitation period that applies. That period varies. We do not keep photographs longer than the file needs them.
- Technical logs: a short rolling period unless we are investigating abuse.
When the period ends, we delete or de-identify the information. Backups fall away on their own cycle.
10. Security
We use access limits, so claim photos are not sitting in a mailbox the whole company can browse for curiosity. We expect our providers to protect data in transit and at rest in line with their role. No method of sending email is perfectly secure. Do not email full payment card numbers.
If we learn of a breach that the law says we must tell you about, we will write to the email we hold for you and describe what happened and what you can do.
11. Cookies and similar tools
This static site does not set a marketing cookie and does not run an analytics suite that follows you across other websites. Your browser may store ordinary technical data a host requires to deliver the page. You can block cookies in your browser. Because we are not using them to recognize you for advertising, the site should still read normally.
Email pixels are not part of our current notes. If we ever use a simple open-rate measure, it will be described here before it starts, and it will not be a condition of holding a contract.
12. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, and ask us to delete information we do not need to keep. You can object to a use based on legitimate interest, ask us to restrict a use while a dispute is open, and ask for a copy in a portable form where that right exists. You can withdraw email consent at any time.
We may need to confirm you are the person the file is about before we disclose it. We may refuse a request that would reveal another person’s information, that would break a legal hold, or that would wipe a claim record we must keep. If we refuse, we will explain the reason and how you can complain.
To use a right, email hello@elitemobileautodetail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us the address you used with us and what you want. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires, and in any event we aim to reply with a first answer within one month.
You may also complain to the privacy authority that oversees Elite or that oversees you, where such an authority exists. We would like the chance to fix the issue first.
13. Children
Vehicle service contracts are for adults who can enter an agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child sent us a form, email us and we will delete the request.
14. International handling
Email and hosting can mean a message is processed in more than one place. When we transfer personal information, we do it for the purposes in this policy and with protections the applicable law expects, such as a contract with the provider. We do not move claim files to a marketing vendor in another place for a new purpose.
Your mandatory local rights, if you have them, stay with you. This section does not pick a country for you and does not strip a protection that the law says we cannot strip.
15. Changes and how to contact us
We will post changes on this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will also send a note to the email we have when the law or the fairness of the change calls for it. A contract you already hold may contain its own privacy clause. If that clause is stricter for your file, we follow the stricter promise for that file.
Privacy contact: hello@elitemobileautodetail.com. Claim documents should still go to claims@elitemobileautodetail.com so they join the repair file instead of the privacy queue. Please do not include a telephone number or a home address unless a contract document we sent you specifically asks for one. This website is designed so you can deal with us by email.
Elite Auto Warranty, elitemobileautodetail.com. This policy is the public statement of our privacy practices for the site and for the contracts we administer from the requests the site begins.
